The leaderboard shows all user accounts and their score, the leaderboard is recalculated once every day, so after an upload it may take a while for your score to appear.

This was chosen such that the score of a video decays as new videos are uploaded, and to avoid the total view count being skewed by a few extremely high view count videos, the contribution of views to the total also decays over time.
